SAFe for Teams Training
Why this training? To gain the knowledge and build the skills needed to become a high-performing team member of an Agile Release Train (ART)—and learn how to collaborate effectively with other teams. The training is highly interactive with a well balanced mix of theory and practice, and presented by a trainer with hands-on experience.
Is it for me? Are you (or about to become) a team member of an Agile Release Train? And do you, as a group, want to apply Lean and Agile at scale, but have limited knowledge on lean-agile at scale and SAFe®? Then this would be the training for you.
How long is it? 2 consecutive days (9:00 - 16:30).
When and where? Groups only. We find a suitable date/location together.
How much does it cost? Price depends on group size and location. Please contact us so we can work something out.
Any preparation required? It would help a lot if you already have some basic understanding of agile and Scrum. If not, we encourage you to read the online Scrum Guide at least once. Also, have a look at the SAFe® big picture and read some of the articles by clicking the interactive icons on it. You can also watch the 5 minute movie SAFe 4.0 in 5 minutes (a bit old, but still valid as an introduction video). Finally, please already think about your own learning goals.
Do I get certified? After this training you are eligible to take the online exam (included in price, see details here). Upon passing the exam you will receive the SAFe Practitioner certificate.
